International Tour Operator Business License No. 79-1599/2023
An International Tour Operator Business License is a permit issued by the competent authority to companies operating in the tourism industry. It authorizes them to organize and conduct international travel programs, including sending travelers abroad (outbound) and welcoming international visitors to Vietnam (inbound).
