7-DAY, 6-NIGHT JOURNEY TO DISCOVER RUSSIA IN AUTUMN | MOSCOW & ST. PETERSBURG
Summer to early autumn is the perfect time to explore Russia, when long, sunlit days gradually give way to the gentle hues of fall, casting a landscape that feels both vibrant and romantic. This 7-day journey takes travelers to two of the country’s most iconic cities – Moscow and Saint Petersburg – where history, art, and the Russian spirit come together most vividly.
In Moscow, travelers will experience the dynamic rhythm of the capital during bright summer days, when grand boulevards are filled with light and a festive atmosphere. Landmarks such as Red Square, Saint Basil's Cathedral, Kremlin, and Bolshoi Theatre stand out magnificently against clear blue skies, showcasing a striking blend of imperial history and modern vitality.
Leaving Moscow behind, the journey continues to Saint Petersburg – the city of the famous “White Nights” in summer, when daylight lingers and creates an almost dreamlike atmosphere. The Neva River sparkles in the evening light, while architectural masterpieces like the Hermitage Museum and Peterhof Palace glow even more beautifully under the soft golden tones of early autumn. It is also an ideal time to stroll along historic avenues, breathe in the crisp air, and embrace the refined elegance of Russia’s northern capital.
This 7-day itinerary is a perfect blend of two contrasting yet complementary atmospheres – a powerful, grand Moscow and a poetic, artistic Saint Petersburg. Together, they create a complete experience of Russia in summer and early autumn: vibrant, romantic, and rich in cultural depth.
