DAY 1: VIETNAM - SHANGRI-LA
- Flights from Vietnam - Shangri-la
- Check in at Songtsam Lodge Shangri-La.

DAY 2: VISIT SHANGRI-LA, DEPARTURE TO BENZILAN
- Visit Songzanlin Monastery, the largest Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Yunnan Province, also known as the “Little Potala Palace”. The monastery is just a few minutes walk from the lodge and is one of the most important spiritual centers in Southwest China.
- In the afternoon, depart for Benzilan. Explore the surrounding area, walk to the nearby white stupa for panoramic views of the village.

DAY 3: NIDING FOREST PICNIC, DEPARTURE FOR MEILI
- After breakfast, hike into the Niding Primeval Forest, home to towering Yunnan and Huashan pines, along with peony, rhododendron and iris forests.
- Picnic in the woods.
- In the afternoon, depart for Meili, visiting Dongzhulin Monastery on the way.
- Dinner at the lodge.

DAY 4: VISIT MEILI AND MOUNT KAWAGEBO
- Welcome the golden sunrise on top of Kawagebo.
- Take a relaxing stroll around the Feilaisi Observatory area, which overlooks the Meili Snow Mountains.
- In the afternoon, explore the neighboring village, visit a local family and learn how to print traditional Tibetan prayer flags.

DAY 5: DEPARTURE BACK TO SHANGRI - LA
- Welcome the brilliant sunrise on top of Kawagebo Mountain
- After breakfast, depart back to Shangri-La, stopping at Moon Bay of Jinsha River.
- Visit Napa Lake, both an ideal pasture for ranchers and a paradise for rare birds.
- Farewell dinner at the hotel's Tibetan restaurant.
