Traditional Italian recipes, passed down from generation to generation, come to the shores of Kanuhura and add a modern twist. The pizza oven is the heart of Bottega, spreading the enticing aroma of homemade sourdough pizzas. Large shareable salads, homemade pasta with fresh herbs from the organic garden and local seasonal ingredients are complemented by a selection of Mediterranean wines, Italian aperitifs and cocktails classic.

Friends and family can gather together in the pool, while the chef prepares cooked-to-order cuts of meat and the day's catch over a charcoal grill. Dinner is Japanese style with sushi, sashimi and seafood. Fresh fruit juices, classic and tropical cocktails and mocktails are available all day, to cool off during the day or to accompany colorful sunsets
